Training Needs for History Teachers at the secondary level in the Light of Century skillsTwenty one

Abstract:-
The current research aims to investigate the academic needs required for a school for history teachers in light of the skills of the twenty-first century. The researcher used the descriptive approach as it fits the requirements of the current research. The research population reached (478) teachers for secondary teaching in Baghdad governorate, by (168) teachers in the Directorate of Education Rusafa the first, (94) teachers in the education of the second Rusafa, and (216) teachers in the education of the third Rusafa for the academic year (2021_2022). Two questionnaires, the first related to the teaching needs of history teachers in secondary schools. The researcher has built a tool a2021) to identify the skills of the twenty-first century after confirming their validity and proportions.
