Performance Assessment of History Department Teachers in the Colleges of Educations for Human Sciences in the light of  the Universal Patriotism from the Students’ Perspective 

Abstract:
       The current study aims at Performance Assessment of History Department Teachers in the Colleges of Education for Human Sciences in the light Universal Patriotism from the Students’ Perspective and identifying the differences among responses in the research sample in the light of universal patriotism. In order to achieve the aims of the study, the researcher followed the descriptive approach in her research 
     The researcher used the questionnaire as a device to collect data and information about the research available which is formed in its final form and after the insurance of all the psychometric fields. The research community are represented by all students of History Department ( morning study) in Colleges of Education for Human Sciences at Kerbala University, who were about 481 male and female students. The research sample were 214 were chosen by the classified random way. To carry out final results, the data were statistically analyzed depending on statistical package for the social sciences ( SPSS), where the following results were shown:
 1.The level of Universal Patriotism in performance of History Department teachers in the Colleges of Education for Human Sciences/ Kerbala university was low from their students’ perspective’. 
 2.There were no differences of a statistical indication at the level of ( 0.05) concerning responses the research sample individual in the light of universal patriotism performance of History Department teachers are due to the type variable  ( male, female) and the academic class ( first, second, third, fourth).
   At the end the researcher presented a some conclusions, recommendations, and suggestions .
