The Council of the College of Education for human Sciences has held its (17th open- session/ the Second Meeting) for the academic year 2020-2021 AD, on Thursday corresponding the sixth of August 12, 2021 AD, in the office of the Esteemed Dean. The acting Dean Prof. Hassan Habeeb Al-Kirati has led the session with the membership of assistant directors, Heads of the departments and the Secretary- General of the College.
After reading Al-Fatiha on the souls of the Iraqi Martyrs from the Security and The Popular Mobilization Forces, the Members of the Council has started discussing the agenda of this session. At the beginning, the Esteemed Dean has afforded valuable instructions that aim to develop the educational process in the college. In the introduction, the Dean gave instructions related to the final exams for this year 2020-2021, finding suitable solutions for all problems.
The necessity of adhering to the decisions of the Crisis Cell was assured by the Dean. He urged the Heads of the Departments, the Examinations Committee Members to adhere to the means of prevention from the Corona virus, in order to ensure safety. All health preventive measures were provided, including chemical sterilizers and masks, and the distance between students was taken into account by placing a distance between one student and another. The importance of offering air- conditioning halls and drinking mineral water for the students was also confirmed. Then the Members of the Council discussed students’ issues in Primary and Postgraduate Studies.
Then, they made many decisions that serve the Scientific and Educational sides.
At the end of the session, the Members of the Council supplicated the Glorious Allah for saving our country, all Iraqi people and the dear students. They also prayed The Al-Mighty God to bless everyone with all the best
