We announce about the conditions for participation in the second session of the Thought Alloys Competition: Feminist Writings in Life Industry .
The College of Education for the Humanities, in cooperation with the Women’s Empowerment Unit at the Presidency of the University, announced the launch of the work of the committee supervising the competition (Thought Alloys: Feminist Writings in the Life Industry), in its second version , which is to be held under the patronage of the President of the University of Kerbala Prof. Bassem Khalil Nayel (PHD) and under the direct guidance and supervision of the Dean of the College of Education Prof. Dr. Hassan Habib Al-Kuraiti. It includes a group of professors of the Department of Arabic specialized in the study of Arabic literature.
It is noteworthy that the competition, which was launched last year in its first time, is a literary competition that aims to promote interest in women’s issues, and provide an opportunity for women’s literary talents to make their voices heard. It takes place in the College of Education for the Humanities at the International Women’s Day.
