Scientific Workshop
On Tuesday, April 11, 2023, the History Department at the College of Education for Humanities held a scientific workshop entitled “Factors Affecting the Documentation of Historical Events” in the “Ma’aref” hall. The workshop was presented by Dr. Haider Sabri Shaker, aiming to shed light on the factors that affect the documentation of historical events and the importance of the historian’s role in taking these factors into consideration when documenting them.
The workshop was attended by the Assistant Dean for Administrative Affairs, Dr. Ahmed Abdul Hussein Al-Azirjawi, the Head of the History Department, Assistant Professor Dr. Salam Fadel Hassoan, a number of department faculty members, as well as several graduate students. The attendees showed positive interaction with the content of the lecture and its topics.
