The second chapter was entitled “Economic Elements and Their Impact on the Power of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam”. The third chapter was entitled “Structures of the Political System and Its Role in Building the Power of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam”. The fifth chapter dealt with the determinants of state power in the Socialist Republic of Vietnam. The study concluded with the most important conclusions reached by the study.

The study aims to research the field of state power and study the impact of natural, human, and economic elements in building the power of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam. Vietnam is one of the leading experiences in Asia. This development experience can be benefited from and considered a model that can be applied in other countries that resemble the Socialist Republic of Vietnam and have the same circumstances and capabilities. In addition, the study highlights the power of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam, which lies in the geographical, economic, military, political, and cultural aspects and its regional and international influence due to its possession of the elements of hard and soft power. It ranks among the top twenty countries in the world in terms of employment rate and low unemployment in the labor market.

The study concluded with a number of conclusions, the most important of which are:

* Vietnam is an industrial and commercial model that can be adopted by countries that want to achieve construction and development. The private sector has been recognized as a major driver of the national economy.
* Vietnam’s experience in combating corruption is one of the most successful experiences in Southeast Asia, led by the Communist Party General Secretary Nguyen Phu Trong, and has shown remarkable results.
* The most important determinants of foreign policy that affect Vietnam are the US-China competition for control of the South China Sea region, and the dispute with China over sovereignty over the Paracel and Spratly Islands.

After a thorough scientific discussion by the scientific committee for the discussion headed by Professor Dr. (Alia Hussein Ali), the thesis was approved and the student was awarded a Master’s degree in Applied Geography.
