Field Visit to the Department of English Language
On Wednesday morning, March 12, 2024, the Dean of the College, Professor Dr. Sabah Wajid Ali, accompanied by the Vice Deans for Academic and Administrative Affairs, Professor Dr. Mu’ayyad Imran Jihad and Dr. Salah Majeed al-Saadi, visited the English Language Department building in the college.
The Dean inspected the classrooms and the technical support requirements in the building, including surveillance cameras and civil defense systems. He also reviewed the progress of the construction work on the second and third floors of the building and the stages that have been reached. This is in order to make use of the time to open the remaining floors to serve the students.
The Dean’s visit is part of his ongoing efforts to follow up on the work of the college’s departments and to ensure that they are providing the best possible service to students.** He is particularly interested in the English Language Department, as it is one of the largest and most important departments in the college.
The Dean was pleased with what he saw during his visit.** He commended the department for its efforts to improve the quality of education and to provide students with a supportive learning environment.
