Ramadan Brings Us Together
As part of the activities related to “Ramadan Brings Us Together” initiative which is launched by the University of Kerbala, the Deanship of the College of Education for Humanities represented by Professor Dr. Sabah Wajid Ali, and his assistants for scientific and administrative affairs, Professor Dr. Muayyad Omran Jiyad and Dr. Salah Majeed Al-Saadi prepared (this evening, Sunday 21 Ramadan 1445, corresponding to 3/31/2024) an iftar meal in honor of the martyrdom of Imam Ali bin Abi Talib (peace be upon him) for the students of the university dormitories. The banquet, also, was attended by the Head of the English Department, Dr. Hamid Al-Asadi, as well as a number of college teachers and employees.
This initiative comes within the framework of the university’s interest in creating an atmosphere of love and harmony among the students and the teaching and administrative staff, as well as flavoring it with religious and humanitarian vibes. Thereafter, the Dean assured his students’ devotion to their academic and scientific study. It is also noteworthy that the Deanship was all ears listening to the problems and the difficulties faced by the students, promising them that they will work on solving every single one in no time for sure.
At the end, the students appreciated the parental care being washed upon them by the Deanship of the College and its humanitarian endeavors.
