In his speech, he explained the reason for naming the competition Sabayek Al-Fikr and that it is dedicated to female students. He said, “Gold ingots are undoubtedly precious, but nothing is higher and more valuable than thought. In its virtue, writing appeared to start history. Hence, the third name of the competition came: Writing Makes History. As for abbreviating it to our female students, it is because we believe in the sincerity of intentions to empower women, which is achieved through hard work and is reinforced by giving them the opportunity to say their word with awareness, responsible and committed freedom.”
