Faculty of Education for Humanities Organizes a Seminar on Innovative Training for Managing Requests

The Faculty of Education for Humanities at the University of Kerbala organized a training seminar titled “Innovative Training for the Employees of the Faculty of Education for Humanities on the Request Management System”, presented by the Director of the E-Learning Unit, Assistant Lecturer Safa Hussein Aliwi.

The seminar aims, in general, to enable employees to efficiently use the electronic system to manage the processes of receiving and submitting requests related to issuing documents and certificates for graduate students.

Other objectives of the seminar include:

 • Enabling participants to understand the steps and procedures of the electronic system.

 • Familiarizing participants with the different roles and permissions within the system.

 • Enabling participants to correctly record requests for issuing documents and certificates in the electronic system.

 • Enabling participants to manage follow-up requests and check the status of pending requests.

 • Encouraging participants to adhere to the system and implement it in daily work procedures.

 • Ensuring participants handle requests with accuracy and attention to ensure the speed and efficiency of the process.

The seminar also included numerous interventions and discussions from the attendees, in addition to practical application sessions.
