The Council of College of Education for Human Sciences holds its (4th) meeting for the academic year (2024-2025) under the chairmanship of the respected Dean of the College

The Council of the College of Education for Human Sciences has held its (4th) meeting for the academic year (2024-2025) under the chairmanship of Dean of the college, Professor Dr. Hadi Al-Saadi, with the attendance of the ‘Dean assistant for Academic Affairs’, the ‘Dean assistant for Administrative Affairs’, as well as the Heads of the Academic Departments and the Secretary of the College Council.

The meeting has begun with the recitation of Al-Fatiha (the opening chapter of the Quran) for the souls of the martyrs of Iraq, and then the meeting has addressed several important topics, among them the discussion of student affairs in the undergraduate programs, as well as matters related to graduate studies. The respected Dean has emphasized that the titles of theses and dissertations should be of high structur and purposeful, serving the needs of society.

The meeting also has included a discussion of the praise and evaluation of the university president, Professor Dr. Sabah Wajid Ali, for the college’s work, noting that the college has witnessed significant progress on all aspects, particularly in the areas of media and the website.

Furthermore, the meeting has addressed faculty affairs and the college’s reliance on quality education standards, in line with the directives from the Ministry.

Lastly, the Dean thanked the council members for their commitment to the directives and tasks assigned to them, stressing the importance of teamwork and focusing on the academic side and teaching methods to enhance the scientific progress of the college.
