As part of the department’s recreational and academic activities, and under the guidance of the Department head, Assistant Professor Dr. Dhiya Khalil Nile, the Department of English at the College of Education for the Humanities, University of Kerbala, organised an educational field trip for the second-year students to visit the ancient city in Babylon Province.
A group of staff members accompanied the students to introduce them to the rich history of their city and its global significance. The visit also aimed to promote the heritage of Iraq’s historical landmarks in English, serving as a practical application of the department’s educational objectives.
