The lecturer, Dr. Haider Sabri Al-Khaikani, from the Department of History in the College of Education for Humanities at the University of Kerbala, was chosen as a member of the discussion of a doctoral dissertation entitled “The Policy of the Soviet Union towards Turkey 1949-1960”, at the College of Education for Humanities at the University of Wasit.The scientific committee discussed the researcher extensively and then they unanimously agreed to accept the mentioned dissertation.
