As part of the activities and events of Global Entrepreneurship Week, the Department of Educational and Psychological Sciences at the College of Education for Humanities, University of Kerbala, organized a scientific seminar on “Psychological and Educational Counseling: The Path to Mental Health,” presented by Asst. Lect Zahra Seham Hindi, and Asst.Lect. Sari Saad Abdul Ali, in the presence of the department’s professors and studentsPsychological counselling is a process that helps individuals understand themselves better and improve their mental health. It is an important tool in enhancing psychological well-being, as it provides support and guidance to people facing challenges or difficulties in their lives.The seminar aims to increase self-awareness, helping individuals understand their emotions, thoughts, and behaviours, as well as develop coping skills.
