This is achieved by equipping them with the necessary skills to realize the right to work, the right to choose, and participation in activities. Women are one of the pillars of societal cohesion alongside men. Additionally, the focus was on the challenges women face and the various social pressures, with an emphasis on the need to eliminate these pressures through planning and organizing the multiple roles of women in society and achieving a balance between these roles. In conclusion, the seminar came up with numerous recommendations, the most prominent of which are: ensuring women’s right to participate in political work, providing opportunities for women in education and ensuring their rights and equal presence alongside men, as well as achieving justice for women in labour laws and personal status laws.It is worth mentioning that the College of Education for Humanities, through the Women’s Affairs Unit, seeks to establish awareness and educational workshops and courses aimed at enhancing the role of women in academic and community institutions and effectively empowering them in various fields of life.
