The Council of the College of Education for Humanities held its (sixth) session for the academic year (2024-2025) under the chairmanship of the Dean Prof. Hadi Al-Saidi, in the presence of the Scientific Assistant Dean, the Administrative Assistant, as well as the heads of the scientific departments and the Secretary of the College Council.
The meeting began with the reading of Surat Al-Fatiha for the souls of the martyrs of Iraq. Then, the meeting dealt with many important topics, including: 1- Discussing student affairs, especially the instructions for the first course exams for postgraduate students. 2- Urging professors and employees to exert more efforts to serve our college. 3- As well as publishing articles that benefit students and society.
Emphasis was also placed on scientific publishing in Scopus repositories, and the college’s orientation towards digitisation, in line with the digital transformations witnessed by the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research.
At the end of the session, the Dean of the College thanked the members of the Council for their commitment to the directives and tasks entrusted to them, and emphasised the importance of working in a team spirit to enhance the scientific process.
