At the kind invitation of the Dean of the College of Education for Humanities ‘Prof. Hadi Al-Saidi’, and in appreciation of his scientific efforts in publishing more than one book, the Dean honoured the lecturer in the Department of History ‘Assistant Professor Dr. Ahmad Fadel Hassoun Al-Masoudi. The meeting discussed the importance of academic publications in the cultural arena. The Dean stressed on sponsoring and supporting the scientific products issued by the departments’ staff of our college. He notes the importance of scientific sobriety in writing, which he praised after reviewing the works of Dr. Al-Masoudi, which he praised.
It is noteworthy that Al-Masoudi has authored two books, the first titled ‘Leadership Imamate in the Thought of Imam Hussein (p-b-u-h), and the second titled ‘Naskh and Naskhun in Karbala through the Unified Catalogue of Iranian Manuscripts (Funkha) that is sponsored by the Holy Husseiniyah Shrine/Karbala Centre for Studies and Research (KCSR).
