In a new scientific and research contribution from the College of Education for the Humanities, Asst. Lect.Noor Maki Hamid, a staff member in the Department of Educational and Psychological Sciences, published her research titled “Counselling Competencies among Teachers” in Al-Bahith Journal for Studies and Scientific Research.
The study aimed to explore self-efficacy and occupational burnout among teachers, considering these as key factors in achieving educational objectives within schools. The research focused on fostering learners’ motivation for success and addressing the challenges and pressures teachers face during their professional work and interactions with students.
It is noteworthy that the College of Education for the Humanities strives to enhance its academic reputation by encouraging its faculty to contribute meaningful research in local and international journals. Furthermore, the college emphasizes participation in academic and scientific conferences on both national and international levels.
