A faculty member in the Department of Educational and Psychological Sciences publishes a research paper on the contribution of transcendent thinking to harmonious personality

Lect. Dr. Ali Hmmood Al-Tamimi, a faculty member in the Department of Educational and Psychological Sciences at the College of Education for the Humanities, KerbalaUniversity, published a research paper titled “The Contribution of Transcendent Thinking to Harmonious Personality among University Faculty Members” in Al-Bahith Journal.

The aim of the research is to determine the contribution of transcendent thinking to harmonious personality among faculty members at the University of Karbala. Therefore, to achieve this goal, the researcher selected a sample of 400 faculty members from the Kerbala University and constructed a transcendent thinking scale based on the 2024 model by Riveros et al., as well as a harmonious personality scale based on the 2018 model by Motkov.

The research concluded that the sample possesses both transcendent thinking and a harmonious personality, with transcendent thinking contributing 48% to harmonious personality.
