The College of Education for the Humanities at the University of Kerbala held a cultural symposium titled “Leadership and Management in Imam Ali’s Perspective“ The symposium featured presentations by Prof. Dr. Karima Nomas Al-Madani and Asst. Lect.Rasha Ali, with the attendance of staff members and students of the college.
The symposium aimed to explore the leadership qualities embodied by Imam Ali ibn Abi Talib (AS) and the most significant traits of effective leaders.
The event covered the concept of leadership in both linguistic and technical terms, delving into various types of leadership as exemplified by the personality of the Commander of the Faithful (AS). It also addressed leadership arts, including creative, charismatic, and transformational leadership, among others.
Notably, the College of Education for the Humanities, through its activities, seeks to uphold and cherish the teachings of the Prophet’s Household (peace be upon them) and the noble values reflected in their luminous legacy, contributing to the development of a cohesive and ethical society.
