The importance of the study lies in the fact that the discourse is the message of the creator to the receiver and sheds light on the aspects of creativity in the Iraqi narrative discourse of (Mahdi Issa Al-Saqr) specifically, who is one of the Iraqi novelistic names and one of its pillars.

The study included three chapters, the first chapter was devoted to studying women and their existential transformations, the second chapter showed women and the formation of the cultural dimension in narrative structures, then the third chapter explained women in the cultural narrative perspective.

The study grasped many results, the most prominent of which are: Mahdi Issa Al-Saqr is creative in his realistic dialogues, as he deals with them in a simple descriptive way, but they carry within them realistic secrets and mysteries, which form a great impact on the characters’ psychology, and then the narrator was affected by that incident, as he worked to convey the reality which is rich with a huge amount of painful social experiences, and the crimes he committed that were solved for him by his heritage, customs and traditions.
