College of Education for the Humanities Participates in Al-Ghadeer Conference for Intellectual Creativity

The College of Education for the Humanities, University of Kerbala, takes part in Al-Ghadeer Scientific Conference for Intellectual Creativity in its fourth version with the participation of the President of the University of Kerbala, Prof. Dr. Sabah Wajid Ali as a member of the supervisory committee, and the Dean of the College of Education for the Humanities, Prof. Dr. Hadi Al-Sa’eedi as a member of the scientific committee. The conference is hosted by the Imam Amir Al-Mu’minin (PBUH) Centre for Specialised Studies and Research, in collaboration with the College of Education for the Humanities at the University of Kerbala, the College of Arts, and the Kufa Studies Centre at the University of Kufa.

The conference which is set to take place on June 21st in the holy city of Najaf, aims to shed light on the historical significance of the Ghadeer event, get hold of valuable lessons, and promote the principles of unity and peace.

Moreover, the conference will cover various themes, including: Qur’anic Studies in the Verses of Ghadeer (Causes of Revelation, Interpretative Readings), Contemporary Studies on Al-Ghadeer Event, and the Role of Media in Narrating Al-Ghadeer Event Throughout History.

Most notably, the organising committee had previously announced the guidelines and requirements for participation in Al-Ghadeer International Conference for Intellectual Creativity, along with the submission deadlines for research papers and abstracts.
