Mr. Dheyaa Khaleel Nayel, the esteemed Assistant Professor and Head of the English Department at the College of Education for the Humanities at the University of Kerbala, received a delegation from the Blind Institutes Department affiliated with the Holy Hussaini Shrine.
The meeting included an agreement on the program for the upcoming festival for the visually impaired and blind, which is scheduled to take place this month.
It is worth mentioning that the department seeks to build bridges of cooperation with other scientific and educational institutions, in order to achieve diverse scientific and community goals.
