The College of Education for the Humanities at University of Kerbala organized a course titled “Electronic Archiving and Storage of Documents Using a Scanner“. The course was presented by Lect. Dr. Muhiee Murtadha Muhiee Al-Qizwini and took place at the Information Technology Department, targeting the teaching staff and employees for three days.
The course aimed to provide knowledge on electronic archiving, the use of scanners, and supporting tools, as well as data protection. The course included an explanation of electronic archiving and its role in supporting the development of administrative work. It also presented a model for organizing and archiving folders and files, followed by discussions on protecting data from cyber threats and the methods used for data security
