The Department of Educational and Psychological Sciences at the College of Education for the Humanities, University of Kerbala, organised a workshop titled:
“Document Management: A Practical Guide to Achieving Efficiency and Professionalism“. The Workshop was delivered by Lect. Hussam Salih Abdul Hussein (PhD) with the attendance of the students of the Department.
Notably, the workshop highlighted equipping students with appropriate knowledge and skills in managing official documents utilising the latest educational and psychological methodologies.
Moreover, key areas of focus included: (i) the importance of document management in educational and psychological fields, (ii) practical applications and modern techniques for organising records, (iii) utilising digital tools and advanced technologies in record management, and (iv) the common challenges in record keeping and strategies for overcoming them. Besides, the workshop stressed professional document management as a means to enhance advisory effectiveness and streamline administrative processes.
Remarkably, the workshop witnessed active participation and enthusiasm from students, who showed great interest in the presented content. They also demonstrated a strong commitment to applying the acquired skills in their academic and research environments.
This initiative aligns with the department’s ongoing efforts to enhance students’ professional competencies, preparing them for the job market with advanced skills that qualify them to be effective contributors in their academic and professional fields.
