Karbala Martyrs Directorate Praises the Efforts of the College of Education for the Humanities in Organising Joint Activities

In recognition of the ongoing collaboration between the College of Education for the Humanities, represented by its esteemed Dean, Prof. Hadi Al-Sa’eedi (PhD), and the Karbala Martyrs Directorate, in holding joint training courses, seminars, and exhibitions on martyrs and crimes of genocide—particularly those committed by the Ba’ath regime against the Iraqi people— a delegation from Karbala Martyrs Foundation, led by Adnan Al-Asa’eedi, Head of the Public Relations and Media Division, visited the College to commend the esteemed Dean.

During the visit, Professor Ahmed Abdul-Hussein Al-Azirjawi (PhD), Head of the Department of Educational and Psychological Sciences, and Asst. Prof. Ali Hamoud Al-Tamimi (PhD) were also praised for their contributions in delivering a specialised training course for the Foundation’s employees.

This recognition reflects the Foundation’s appreciation for the College’s dedicated efforts and its commitment to serving the families of martyrs.

For his part, the Dean emphasised the College’s commitment to stress the crimes done by the Ba’ath regime by organising exhibitions that illustrate the extent of violations committed against the Iraqi people during that era. He also stressed the importance of raising awareness, particularly among students who did not witness this dark period in the country’s history.
