The Guidance and Educational Counselling Section, in collaboration with the Department of Arabic Language at the College of Education for the Humanities, University of Kerbala, organized a guidance seminar titled “Problem and Solution.” The seminar was presented by Assist. Prof. Dr.Ihoud Thaaban Al-Asadi and Dr. Amina Thaaban Al-Asadi, targeting fourth-year students who are undergoing practical teaching training in schools under the Directorate of Education.
The seminar aimed to assist students in managing individual differences among learners, motivating them to engage in the learning process, and enhancing the presence and confidence of trainee teachers inside the classroom while equipping them to handle various situations effectively.
The session also provided an opportunity for trainees to share the challenges they face in their teaching experience. Additionally, proposed solutions and practical guidance were offered to help them overcome these difficulties.
