The Guidance Committee in the Department of Applied Geography, in collaboration with the Psychological Counselling and Educational Guidance Unit at the College of Education for the Humanities, University of Kerbala, organized a legal and advisory workshop titled “Guidelines and Obligations Students Must Follow on Campus.”
The workshop was led by Prof. Dr. Samir Faleh Al-Mayali and Legal Advisor Abeer Mohyy, with the participation of students from the department.
The primary objective of the workshop was to reinforce values of discipline and responsibility, such as preserving university property, avoiding vandalism, respecting faculty members, and maintaining courteous interactions with university staff. Additionally, it emphasized the importance of refraining from inappropriate behavior within the university premises.
The workshop included discussions on various rules and regulations that govern student conduct on campus.
In conclusion, the workshop put forward key recommendations, including the necessity of adhering to these guidelines and regulations to ensure a safe and respectful academic environment.
