The Geography Department organizes a workshop on time management and organization for university students

The Department of Applied Geography at the College of Education for the Humanities at the University of Kerbala organized an advisory workshop titled “Time Management and Organization for University Students,” presented by Dr. Alaa Hussein Al-Khafaji, targeting undergraduate students in the department. The workshop aimed to understand the concept of time management and time-wasters, as the ability to organize time is the key to success in university studies and any other activity undertaken by university students. It is noted that university students often complain about the lack of time and the difficulty in organizing it, especially among some students who do not realize the importance of time and how to invest it for their benefit. Therefore, students need to learn time management and organization. The workshop included a discussion of the following topics: the concept of time, its wastages and types, the importance of learning time management skills for university students, as well as the significance of organizing time and its role in exam preparation.
