Unit of Legal Affairs Holds a Workshop on Identifying Students’ Discipline Regulations in the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research Institutions

The Unit of Legal Affairs at the College of Education for the Humanities, University of Kerbala held a workshop titled “Identifying Students’ Discipline Regulations in the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research Institutions, No. 160 of 2007,” presented by the legal advisor, Abeer Mohi Mustafa Al-Tu’ma, Director of the Unit of Legal Affairs at the college, withthe attendance of the college students.

The workshop aimed to introduce the obligations that students must follow, emphasising discipline, responsibility, university property protection, the importance of showing respect for the teaching and administrative staff, and the need to maintain harmonious relationships among students both on and off campus.

The workshop included identifying and explaining a range of important legal instructions that regulate student behaviour inside and outside the university campus.

At the conclusion of the workshop, recommendations were made, including the importance of adhering to these legal regulations in institutions of the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research to ensure the maintenance of an organised and safe university environment.
