Prof. Dr. Hadi Al-Sa\u2019eedi, Dean of the College of Education for The Humanities at the University of Kerbala, participated as a representative of theUniversity President, Prof. Dr. Sabah Wajid Ali, in the international conference titled \u201cImam Al-<\/em>Ridha<\/em> (peace be upon him) and Modern Sciences\u201d<\/em>, held at Imam Al-Ridha University in the Islamic Republic of Iran.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The conference aimed to highlight the sciences of Imam Al-Ridha (peace be upon him) and their intersection with modern scientific fields that play an increasingly vital role in addressing societal challenges. It also sought to present a novel and authentic introduction to the teachings and knowledge of Ahl alBayt (peace be upon them).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This participation came in response to an official invitation from the conference\u2019s Higher Committee, with broad academic participation from various universities and research institutions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

During the conference, the Dean chaired one of the scientific sessions, which addressed diverse themes linking the original thought of Imam Al-Ridha (peace be upon him) with contemporary scientific disciplines. He commended the quality of the presented papers and the efforts of the contributing scholars.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In his speech on behalf of the President of the University of Kerbala, Prof. Dr. Sabah Wajid Ali, Prof.Al-Sa\u2019eedi conveyed warm greetings and emphasized the importance of such scholarly events that foster integration between tradition and modernity, reinforcing values rooted in the intellectual heritage of Ahl al-Bayt within the framework of contemporary knowledge.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

He stated:
\u201cThis participation aims to enhance scientific cooperation and academic research between institutions in both countries. The University of Kerbala \u2014 the city of heroism, dignity, and knowledge \u2014 is proud to support this collaborative approach and shared understanding. It aspires to open avenues for scientific exchange, research and technological projects, cultural engagement, scholarships, workshops, and the establishment of joint science and technology parks \u2014 all toward developing a capable new generation of scholars in both nations.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n

At the conclusion of the conference, the Dean expressed his gratitude to the organizers and wished them continued success in achieving the conference’s academic objectives.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
