And say (O Muhammad SAW) “Do deeds! Allâh will see your deeds, and (so will) His Messenger and the believers. And you will be brought back to the All-Knower of the unseen and the seen. Then He will inform you of what you used to do. (Surah Al- Tawbah, Ayaa: 105)

College of Education for Human Science is one of the leading colleges in the University of Karbala, as it was established in (1996) AD with two scientific departments (The Department of the Arabic Language and the Department of History) and they were affiliated at that time to the University of Babylon. However, after the establishment of the University of Karbala in (2002) AD, the college joined its mother university, so that the rest of its scientific departments would be opened successively, until it reached five sections: they were (the Department of the Arabic Language, History, Geography, Educational and Psychological Science, and English Language) with a capacity of more than (3103) for the morning study and (1807) for the evening study, male and female students.  In addition to the creating process of the higher studies (Master and Philosophy Degrees) for the aforementioned departments, with more than (200) male and female students per year, the current college is still providing the institutions with a group of graduated students in different scientific specializations, who have been trained according to various scientific programmes, in order to find their way in the labor market,  as required by the actual need through adopting some of the approved indicators that are suitable for measuring the performance and in a manner that consistent with the educational quality standards that we are all keen to achieve as required by the directives of the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research and the university, and in a way that achieves the qualitative leap that we seek for our scientific institutions to keep pace with the scientific development that the world is witnessing, especially the electronic education after the repercussions of the Corona pandemic and the restrictions and quarantines it imposed on the people of the world, the electronic technologies used in our laboratories became the latest scientific and technical means that provide everything that the learner needs.

In order to inform the researchers and readers about the progress of this college, we decided to put this introductory profile, through which we seek to create a common information network between Iraqi Universities on the one hand, and other Universities in all countries of the world on the other hand, by providing a database for researchers in their various scientific disciplines.  Furthermore, the endeavor of the college to open up to the ministries and other institutions in the country in order to create a suitable environment to harmonize the outputs of higher education in a manner commensurate with the labor market to supervise the proceeding of the graduated students and qualify them in an institutional and programmed manner in the Iraqi universities to contribute in supplementing the institutions with the science they have acquired from being as graduated students of humanities faculties which constitutes a basic base and a starting point for many jobs, because students of who have studied such science have possessed different thinking skills that allow them a great ability to express themselves clearly, as they are promising youth energies that are responsible for building the future of our beloved Iraq in various fields  and from Allah success and rectitude.
