Prof. Haider Kadhim Al-Bairmani (PhD), a staff member in the Department of English at the College of Education for the Humanities, University of Kerbala, participated in the training course on teaching methods for blended education in Iraqi universities, organised by the Continuing Education Unit at the University of Kerbala, to be part of the team of certified trainers accredited by the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research.
The lecture included presenting a training module on assessment and evaluation, its concepts, significance, types, and influencing factors, among other modules included in the ministerial program for teaching methods. Notably, several lecturers and employees from different ministries participate in the above-mentioned training course.
This initiative is part of the Ministry’s updated teaching methods program, which aims to develop qualified academic personnel capable of responding to the evolving challenges in the educational process. The program equips instructors with various tools and strategies to improve teaching practices and enhance the overall quality of education.
