Female Staff Member from the College of Education for the Humanities Presents Seminar on the Role of Digital Media in Family Upbringing at the College of Applied Medical Sciences

Lect. Marwa Radi Al-Asadi (PhD), a lecturer from the College of Education for the Humanities at the University of Kerbala, delivered a seminar entitled “The Role of Digital Media in Family Upbringing” at the College of Applied Medical Sciences, targeting female faculty and staff members.

The seminar aimed to shed light on the influence of digital media on shaping family behaviours and values, as well as raising awareness of strategies for managing this influence amidst rapid technological advancement.

Additionally, it covered several key themes, including: defining the concepts of digital media and family upbringing, exploring the positive and negative roles of digital media in the context of family development, and highlighting the family’s role in positively utilising digital media when interacting with children.
