To develop staff skills and as part of its ongoing efforts to enhance its academic presence and serve the community, a number of teaching members of the College participate in delivering a training courses for members of Imam Hussein Visitors City/Hospitality, Public Relations, and Media Department.
The partnership includes holding a number of courses in fields of tourism psychology, effective communication skills, emotional intelligence in workplace, and stress management, aiming to develop efficiency and improve level of services provided.
This initiative reflects the college’s commitment to foster knowledge-based collaboration with various community institutions and underscores academic excellence of its faculty in refining professional skills, promoting ethical values, and instilling art of human interaction in diverse work environments.
For its part, Holy Shrine of Imam Hussein expresses its gratitude and appreciation to professors participating in this initiative, valuating their efforts and presenting certificates of thanks and appreciation for their scholarly and training contributions.
