Prof. Dr. Hadi Al-Sa’eedi, Dean of the College of Education for the Humanities, University of Kerbala, chaired a meeting with the Faculty Affairs Committee during which he emphasized the importance of supporting academic staff and giving utmost priority to development-oriented proposals.
The Dean affirmed the college’s commitment to fostering initiatives that elevate scientific value and advance the mission and objectives of the educational process. He also stressed that the committee should embrace proposals aimed at enhancing faculty performance.
On the sidelines of the meeting, several issues were discussed, most notably the progress made by the committee in compiling the academic profiles of the faculty members. The meeting also addressed the technical framework and the need to submit proposals to further improve the committee’s work.
