A faculty member from the College of Human Education lectures in a workshop on the Palestinian issue at the University of BaghdadAssistant Professor Muslim Sadiq, a lecturer at the College of Education for Humanities at the University of Kerbala, presented at the workshop titled “The Palestinian Cause and Its Psychological Dimensions on the Arab Citizen,” organized by the Continuing Education Unit at the Ibn Rushd College of Education for Human Sciences at Baghdad University.The workshop included three main axes: the stages of the Israeli occupation of Palestine and the explanation of the fundamental motives, along with the methods of warfare adopted by the Palestinian resistance, and the impact of the Israeli blockade on the Palestinian citizen, in addition to psychological warfare and its connection and influence on various aspects of the war, whether military, security, political, or economic, especially since they complement each other.The workshop aimed to provide a detailed study of the Israeli occupation from various aspects, thereby identifying its weaknesses and focusing on them. It is an attempt to work on enhancing national spirit and resistance affiliation, in addition to comprehensive awareness that targets the development of a sense of responsibility.

The workshop was attended by members of the Scientific Rigor Committee responsible for examining the research submitted by faculty members for promotion, along with several other faculty members.The workshop aimed to understand how to classify scientific journals, examine research, and assess their rigor according to global scientific standards, as well as those approved by the Research and Development Department in the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research.The workshop included a comprehensive presentation of all the review channels followed to ensure the rigor of the research submitted by researchers or faculty members for academic promotion purposes.
